EUFLR software

EUFLR is the abbreviation the market uses for Regulation (EU) 2024/3015, the EU ban on products made with forced labour that applies from 14 December 2027. Software for it is not a reporting tool — there is nothing to report — but a way of being ready for a request.

The platform keeps four things per product line. A map: every facility by tier, with its geolocation and the component it feeds, inherited where possible from the EUDR and PPWR registers. A screening: the map checked against the risk database, the ILO indicators and external signals, with every hit sourced and dated. A supplier record: requests built from the gaps, graded on what comes back. And the file: the Guidelines' list of what an authority may request, item by item, present or missing, with its grade and source. A fifth thing runs over all of them — a watch on published decisions, because a decision against another importer's product binds you if you place the same one.
