ERWAY has teams in both the EU (Vienna, Austria) and Türkiye. Where information is accessed from outside the EU/EEA — including by our team in Türkiye — we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep the information you share with us for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up — until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent, or the purpose we collected it for no longer applies (for example, once your enquiry is resolved). Our website and services are intended for businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
