EU Packaging Regulation software
Software for the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation, which replaced Directive 94/62/EC on 12 August 2026. Because it is a regulation, it applies directly in all 27 Member States — no national transposition, and no twenty-seven readings of the same rule.
What did not become uniform is the filing. The Article 44 producer register, the Article 31 re-use report and the Article 23 waste registry are national systems with national formats, and there is no EU submission API. The platform therefore treats every country as its own adapter, and records 'no documented channel' as a fact rather than filling it in with a guess.
