PPWR compliance platform

One platform for the whole chain: packaging inventory and bill of materials, an applicability engine separate from the compliance engine, supplier requests built from actual gaps, and the documentation and declaration that come out the other end.

PPWR compliance is not one task, which is why a single screen cannot carry it. The packaging has to be broken into the parts Article 6(9) actually judges before any rule can be tested, and the rules that reach it have to be settled before any of them is applied. Each module here is one step in that chain, and each is a real screen rather than a diagram of one.
