PPWR EPR reporting
Extended producer responsibility under Articles 45(1) and 45(3) applies from 12 August 2026, including the duty on cross-border producers to appoint an authorised representative in each Member State where they are a producer.
The data set follows Annex IX Part B; the submission format does not, because it is set nationally. Each country carries its own channel type — portal, file upload, scheme operator, or nothing documented — with the source it came from and the date it was checked. Every submission is logged with its content hash and rule set, which is what answers a question asked several years after the filing.
