EUFLR compliance platform
A company subject to EUDR, PPWR and the Forced Labour Regulation has the same suppliers under all three. The platform's argument is that it should have one map, and ask each supplier once.
EUDR already made you geolocate facilities and test legality — and the legality test covers labour and human rights law, so part of a forced-labour file is written before you start. PPWR already made you break products into components with weights and suppliers, which is where the component share for the forced-labour file comes from. The EUFLR product reads both registers as its first tiers, marks each inherited row with its source, and generates supplier requests only for what neither file already answers. Integration therefore points inward — at the ERP, the bill of materials and the other two products — rather than at a filing system, because the Regulation gives an operator no form to file.
