EU forced labour regulation software
The EU Forced Labour Regulation asks you to do nothing until an authority writes, and then gives you 30 working days. Software for it therefore has one job: to hold, per product line, the file that answers that request before it arrives.
ERWAY builds that file from what you already have. Supplier records, facility geolocations and questionnaires collected under EUDR and PPWR become the first tiers of the map; the ERP's bill of materials supplies the share of every component, which is the number that decides whether a finding on one input takes a whole product off the market or only that input. The map is screened against the Commission's risk database, the ILO's eleven indicators and external signals, each hit carrying its source and date. What the screening leaves open becomes a supplier request tied to an indicator, and what comes back is graded — because the Commission Guidelines say a signed assurance is not sufficient on its own. The result is one of seven named exposure states per line, never a score, and an evidence file organised in the Guidelines' own request order.
